(Active 1) Silence of the Soul ( Physical/Melee)	Ragnarok directly strikes his opponent's soul to command silence. Dispels the buff of 1 enemy, inflicts 3386% damage with a 100% accuracy, and deals silence (immune to dispel). If the attack target changes, silence is transferred to the new target and can only be dispelled upon Ragnarok's death.	13 sec
(Active 2) Facing Fear ( Physical/Melee)	Those who face Ragnarok are too fearful to maintain their calm. Inflicts 3752% damage on 1 enemy with a 100% accuracy, and reduces ACC by 94 and DEF by 70% for 13 sec. Unable to heal.	18.2 sec
(Active 3) Berserker's Will	Winter Bana brings out Ragnarok's strong will and turns him into a Berserker of Destruction. Dispels all debuffs on self, increases ATK by 322% for 18 sec, and adds splash damage to all attacks. Becomes immune.	31.2 sec
(Passive 1) The Ultimate War	The Flame Armor consumes souls for power, and uses the Soul Fragment for a final fight when Ragnarok is incapacitated. Increases ATK by 320% to help Ragnarok remain in battle. Upon death, increases ATK Speed by 113 for 5 sec. Ragnarok can attack while dead, but cannot be attacked due to his death status. Duration increases by 1 sec per Enhance. [CD: 53 sec]
(Passive 2) Rulers' Area	The Flame Armor consumes souls and protects its master, Ragnarok. Decreases area of effect damage by 40%.
(Passive ULT) Burst Breaker	Ragnarok releases his true power. All attacks used in The Ultimate War will become CRIT.

Skill	Explanation
Normal Attack	[ Physical/Melee/SG] Left to test how much ATK increase each stack gives. Submit test results in the comments.
(Active 1) Silence of the Soul ( Physical/Melee)	[SG] The silence has no duration and can only be lifted in two scenarios: Ragnarok uses this skill on a new target, or Ragnarok dies. The silence stays active during The Ultimate War.
(Active 2) Facing Fear ( Physical/Melee)	[SG] "Unable to heal" means that the target is inflicted by a debuff that prevents HP recovery, similar to Mikaela the Fatal.
(Active 3) Berserker's Will	"Becomes immune" means that Ragnarok gains full debuff Immunity and Invulnerability, but only for the 13 sec duration. The increase stat buff can potentially be stacked. The splash damage deals full damage to the vicinity as well.
(Passive 1) The Ultimate War	This state prevents the battle from being finished (similar to the raid). Ragnarok will attack and cast skills just as normal, he will also be able to self-buff himself (left to confirm whether party buffs affect him), but he is unable to be targeted and attacked. In this state, Ragnarok also keeps all debuffs inflicted to him (such as ATK decreases).
